- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years working in a Mechanical Technical environment.
- Have testing experience with scopes and/or gauges (Vacuum/Temperature/Electrical).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow documented procedures.
- Basic computer skills using MS outlook (email), Excel and Word.
- This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR. YOUR DAY TO DAY:
Testing of assembled parts into vacuum systems using technical drawings and procedures. Candidate should be familiar with basic mechanical tooling, measurement equipment (hand tools, dial calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) and heat / vacuum systems. Successful candidate will be very detailed and organized in cleaning and storing fixtures and tooling.
