- Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of live, virtual, and blended professional development offerings, programs, and learning opportunities
- Support and/or lead a range of learning and talent development projects and programs related to new hire orientation and onboarding, professional development, leadership development, engagement, and other initiatives to support associate growth
- Design and facilitate individual development and team effectiveness engagements (i.e., coaching, problem-solving meetings, strategic planning sessions, New Leader Assimilations, team norms conversations)
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of offerings, programs, and services; use data to make improvements and inform decision-making
- Partner with fellow Talent Development team members to identify ways to enhance learners experience through innovative delivery techniques and solutions
- Consult with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to identify learning needs and gain support for talent development initiatives
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a comparable business-related role
- Experience in adult learning, including instructional design and facilitation (in-person, virtually, and blended)
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to tailor communication to different audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create and present engaging content
- Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate with key internal and external partners
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize work based on immediate and future needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A creative, curious, and open mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Experience managing vendor relationships
