• Child CPEP, Experience working with children and adolescents
• Manager would like someone with Hospital experience
• At least 1 year of experience

Required Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work

• Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED required

Interviews:
WebEx/phone
