- Provides individualized care plan for patient presentation.
- Collects, records and communicates basic patient data, current and changing status.
- Cleans, inspects, assembles and sterilizes trays and equipment in accordance with established departmental procedures.
- Takes immediate and appropriate action upon occurrence of emergency situation within job description and policies.
- Participates in continuing/advanced education which demonstrates employee commitment to improving capabilities.

We are comprised of a 25-bed critical access hospital and offer a range of services in Fort Bragg.The Mendocino Coast offers a small-town atmosphere and is known for its natural beauty, from the smallest to the tallest redwoods in the world, to glass bottom beaches and the only oceanfront botanical gardens in the United States.
With whale watching, fishing, hiking trails and many more outdoor adventures readily available, this coastal region is a place to immerse yourself in its landscape and history.
Job Summary:
Assists in providing direct, and in-direct patient care under direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse. Provides individualized care plan for patient presentation. Acts as a clinical resource for students, those being oriented and volunteers.
