    Job Summary

    The General Service Technician is an entry-level position that performs vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
    • Performs lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
    • Conducts vehicle safety inspections and documents results.
    • Repairs various vehicle components, including headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
    • Maintains a clean and organized work area.

    Requirements

    • Excellent customer service skills in a retail environment.
    • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
    • Basic conflict resolution skills.
    • Understanding of the automotive tire and auto service industry.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
