    Aerotek is hiring electrical maintenance technician in Lancaster, PA
    Shift:2nd shift - Mon-Fri 2:30pm to 11pm plus OT


    Pay Range:
    $25-32/hr plus $2/hr shift differential    *Description:
    This is an Electro-Mechanical Tech 2 role, which will act as a Reliability Technician and be responsible for Lancaster plant operations from a High Level Maintenance perspective. You will be responsible for supporting production by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment.

    In addition, this position will support the overall facility maintenance including but not limited to:
    plumbing, snow removal, event preparation, basic construction, painting, etc. The successful candidate will possess significant experience and an in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment installation and maintenance.

    You will adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to, the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules.


    Additional responsibilities will include:

    periodic training of proper machine operation and maintenance, assistance with creating SOP and other related documentation and cross-training into other job functions as needed.

    This position requires routine attendance to departmental, production, safety and Company meetings.
