    Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to manage the company's B2B marketing

    efforts and grow the brand presence. This is our client's first dedicated marketing hire and

    this is a strong opportunity for a self-starter to get in on the ground floor of a successful and

    growing company.

    This is an onsite role based in Knoxville, TN

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage events schedule, including travel booking for the sales team.
    • Attending these events may be necessary, although rare.
    • Manage postcard campaigns, including the design and list procurement.
    • Manage social media accounts and create new posts.
    • Write email copy for marketing drip campaigns.
    • Manage pay per click ad campaigns in Google.
    • Create reporting dashboard to track metrics on all of the areas above.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
    • Manage and optimize website and social media content for SEO.
    • Participate in networking and industry events to foster brand awareness.
    • Acquire and enhance graphic design skills, including familiarity with necessary tools to support marketing materials creation and campaign visualizations.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years work experience in marketing.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to write clearly for a public audience.

    Nice to have

    • B2B marketing experience
    • Experience with paid search campaigns using Google Ads
    • Familiarity with any of the following tools (Hubspot, Elementor (Website management), graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc), AI tools such as ChatGPT)
