Job Title: Restaurant Floor Manager

Job Summary: We're in search of a remarkable Floor Manager to lead our upscale restaurant team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the dining experience, ensuring impeccable service, upholding high standards, and crafting memorable moments for our discerning guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, including opening/closing procedures, staff assignments, and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Engage with guests, promptly addressing concerns or inquiries, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Monitor dining room activity, proactively resolving any issues to ensure smooth service.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and revenue.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to facilitate seamless communication between front and back of house.
• Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and hospitality best practices.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations, providing feedback and recognition.
• Maintain inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment as needed.
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in upscale dining or luxury hospitality management.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations, service techniques, and fine dining etiquette.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
