- Partner with business leaders to review new or updated job descriptions. Ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents and that responsibilities are aligned with the proposed level of the position. Assess respective duties to determine appropriate classification based on FLSA guidelines.
- Benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges and equal pay for positions.
- Review and approve salary recommendations for promotions, new hires and internal transfers.
- Conduct data and cost analysis as needed; prepare summary reports of job analysis, compensation analysis and budget impact information as needed.
- Create team member facing compensation-related communications including plan documents, statements, and policies.
- Offer support to the Compensation Management team, providing advice and working to evaluate annual salary increases, bonus programs, and incentive reviews.
- Develop and prepare standard and/or ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for review by executives, management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct HRIS testing for system enhancements. Audit the HR systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement compensation tools and materials.
- Advise management on applicable state and federal employment regulations, benefits and compensation policies, human resource procedures, and collective agreements.
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed.

Position Title: Sr. Compensation AnalystLocation: Miami, FL
Compensation: Target is $90,000-$105,000 plus discretionary annual bonus
Benefits: 401k w/ generous match, excellent medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO plus 8 personal days, etc.
Target: We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience directly related to compensation with a background handling global compensation packages in various countries (non-specific). We need someone who has a strong background in Excel and experience in HRIS management systems (they use PeopleSoft but not required).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assists with the review and implementation of the organization's compensation programs, processes and policies for domestic and international positions. Analyzes and monitors data trends to make compensation recommendations. Ensures recommendations align with business objectives, are competitive with market and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, training and experience. PHR, CCP or similar certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years experience in compensation administration within a Human Resources department. Compensation experience in a public company is preferred.
