Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our Specialized Residential Treatment Program for Youth (STRTP). The Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for the delivery of clinical services to assigned clients within the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP). Services are designed to reduce symptoms, improve functional impairments, and support overall well-being.Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments verifying medical necessity for specialty mental health services.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with best practices and agency standards.
