    About the Role

    We are seeking a certified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A and QMHP-C or QMHP-T for both Adults and Children) to join our Mental Health Skill Building, Intensive In-Home, and Crisis Stabilization programs. As a QMHP, you will provide goal-oriented training to help individuals achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the least restrictive, most appropriate environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide short-term, community-based mental health services to adults and children with mental health conditions in their homes and communities
    • Offer goal-directed counseling, assess changes in needs, and provide training in functional and daily living skills, community resource use, and medication management
    • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans for clients
    • Maintain case records and document services in compliance with agency, regulatory, and accreditation standards
    • Coordinate services with community partners to build support networks

    Requirements

    • Certified QMHP-A or QMHP-C
    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field in Human Services
    • At least one year of clinical experience providing direct services to individuals with mental illness
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in supporting both adults and children with daily living skills

    Benefits
