    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join the team in Portland, OR. This environmental consulting firm has a strong ESOP program in addition to a competitive benefits package.

    The ideal candidate will have a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license and a strong background in remediation projects.

    As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead remediation projects from inception to completion, providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to our team and clients.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage remediation projects, including site investigation, remedial design, implementation, and closure.
    Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates for remediation projects.
    Develop and implement remediation strategies that comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
    Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    Ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met or exceeded.
    Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to remediation.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
    Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license required.
    Minimum of 15 years of experience in environmental remediation, with a focus on contaminated site cleanup.
    Proven track record of successfully managing remediation projects from start to finish.
    Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong leadership and project management skills.
