We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Foreman/General Labor to join our team on a 1099 contracted basis.

This position involves extensive travel, with assignments lasting 12 weeks or longer at various locations across the United States. Great job to have if you are single, needing steady work, like traveling, etc. Also, it's a great opportunity to save money to buy a house, car, etc.

**Starting $500 a week plus commission PAY – Landscaping Foreman Positions

** Starting $400 a week plus commission PAY – Landscaper/Laborer Positions

OUR CLIENTS (BANKS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ETC.) OWN APARTMENTS OR HOMES THAT NEED TO BE CLEANED AND READY FOR THE NEXT TENANCY OR SALE. WE PAY WEEKLY AND GET COMMISSIONS AS WELL.

Work being done:

• Prep property for renovation to be put back on the market.
• Remove debris, furniture, and appliances from vacant homes.
• Repair of fences, roofs, decking, drywall, windows, and locks
• Cut grass, trim shrubs, and trim trees.
• Clean the property to make the home ready to sell.
• Do maintenance check-ups of homes.
• Take photos to show all the work.

Requirements:

-Ability to travel and work at various locations for extended periods.

-Knowledge of construction processes and techniques

-Valid driver's license with a clean record

-Bilingual skills are a Must.

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Previous experience as a foreman or similar roles

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $ $500.00 per week

Plus Commission

Expected hours: 40 per week.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
