Job summary
The Clinical Services Assistant in HVC functions primarily as a patient scheduling facilitator working closely with the schedulers,The responsibilities include coordinating and supporting all tasks related to patient scheduling ensuring all exams are scheduled appropriately.
Qualifications include graduation from high school including or supplemented by secretarial course work medical terminology/computer course required or equivalent related experience three years relevant direct administrative clerical/scheduling experience required in an outpatient environment successful completion of the Business Services competency assessment prior computer usage required with experience in an imaging department preferred.
