Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.     Compensation Includes:
    • Competitive salary guarantee of $300,000 + productivity incentives
    • Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
    • Relocation assistance up to $20,000
    • Student loan repayment assistance
    • Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

    Job Requirements
    • MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
    • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
    • DEA certification
    • Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
    • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

    $295,000 - $300,000 /year
