    Description

    FLB Next Recruit Group is assisting a client of ours a prestigious law firm, in seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 5-7+ years of experience at a major law firm. Our cleint ideal candidate will have experience in general commercial litigation, and/or securities litigation, mergers & acquisitions/corporate governance litigation, SEC enforcement, and antitrust/unfair competition litigation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
    • Handle securities litigation and mergers & acquisitions/corporate governance disputes.
    • Manage SEC enforcement actions and antitrust/unfair competition litigation.
    • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and motions.
    • Advise clients on legal strategies and provide counsel on potential legal risks.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-7+ years of experience in a major law firm.
    • Extensive experience in general commercial litigation.
    • Proven track record in securities litigation and mergers & acquisitions/corporate governance litigation.
    • Strong background in SEC enforcement and antitrust/unfair competition litigation.
    • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Admission to the New York State Bar.
