    :

    The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist with the Parts, Service, Sales, and Wholesale Departments in pulling and replenishing the parts department.

    This person will also communicate at a high level with all Parts Department Personnel.


    Responsibilities:

    • Checking in daily stock and special order parts
    • Checking for damaged parts and submitting parts claims for credit
    • Shipping parts back for warranty
    • Pulling and replenishing the parts department inventory
    • Inventory control - including daily bin checks and cycle counting
    • Assist parts counter personnel
    • Assist parts drivers
    • Deliver parts to wholesale customers or pick up parts when needed
    • Experience in automotive or truck parts, shipping & receiving, or counter sales is a plus
    • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
    • High level of initiative and ability to work unsupervised and as a team
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs
    • Must complete Hazmat training EHM001 every three years
    • Toyota training is also required
    • Computer skills are required.
    Snap On Parts Catalog and Reynolds and Reynolds are a plus Salary/Rate of Pay:

    $20 - $25.

    00/Hour, DOE Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • At least 2-3 years experience
    • Toyota experience preferred
    • Previous experience in automotive parts required
    • Knowledge of handheld scanner parts processing preferred
    • Ability to lift and carry parts in excess of 50 lbs.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Highly professional and dependable
    • Proficient computer and internet skills
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Compensation:
    $20 - $25 hourly DOE
