The ideal candidate will have a background from a public accounting firm, investment consulting firm, commercial bank, or private debt fund.

This role demands strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage loan operations, including direct investment monitoring and ad-hoc projects.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of loan-related activities.
Proactively learn portfolio strategies.
Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Confidently use software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iLevel.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
1-5 years' experience in loan operations or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to learn portfolio strategies.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to quickly learn new software like iLevel.
