    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    A certificate or diploma from a technical college is a typical minimum requirement, but associate's and bachelor's degrees both exist in computer-related majors as well. Good communication skills are essential for this role.

    Minimum 5+ years Hands on experience in the EUC and specially with L2 services that includes provide hardware support for Laptops, Desktops and all other PC parts and peripherals;

    • Strong windows knowledge and hands on and understanding of the Windows 10 / 7 OS and general
    • Virtual Desktop Knowledge.
    • Should be HP Certified and have an ITIL processes including Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment and working on Incident Management.
    • Prefer experienced working with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools and should understand the best practice of recording all customer transactions in incident / Request ticket worklogs.
    • Follow Incident and Service Request process and other work processes as provided Operations
    • Manager.
    • Provides support as trained, defined, instructed and managed by Ops Manager.
    • Coordinate OEMs such as Dell, HP for repairs as trained and defined by TechM.
    • Responsible for Depot services which includes but not limited to Shipping, Build, receiving of shipment, packing tasks.
    • Support Asset Management and Imaging team for completing the deliverables.
    • Utilize remote tools, as provided and trained by customer, when feasible.
    • Experience with MAC & Windows Server infrastructure & roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, CA, etc.)
    • Experience troubleshooting remote access tools (VPN) and general connectivity (LAN/WAN) issues
    • Experience with Video Conferencing Solutions (Skype, WebEx etc.) or like environment
    • Experience with SharePoint Administration or like environment
    • Experience with Exchange & 3rd party email protection or like environment
    • Experience with Office365 Enterprise licensing and subscriptions or like environment
    • Experience with Hyperconverged Infrastructure (Nutanix, VMware, etc.) or like environment
    • Experience with Public Cloud Computing & Networking (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) or like environment
