    Bolton & Menk is now looking to add an experiencedCivil Project Managerto join our North Dakota team in either Fargo, Grand Forks or Bismarck. As a Star Tribune Top 200 Workplace, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great team of professionals and help make a difference in our local communities We strongly believe in providing our clients with the best service, we are looking for a licensed engineer who wants to drive client relationships and business development for the market.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    As aCivil Project Manageryou will be responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. This role will have a hybrid focus on our municipal and/or transportation market in the Central and Eastern North Dakota and Northwestern Minnesota region.

    What We Are Looking For:

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university

    + Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota

    + 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.

    + Experience with client relationship management and business development.

    + Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.

    + Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships

    + Experience conducting community meetings and communication

    + Previous supervisory experience
