Job summary
The Primary Care Nurse completes triage and identifies abnormal patient symptoms,laboratory findings and notifies physician or provides treatment according to standard Primary Care developed protocols.
Assists with EPIC in-basket management including,
but not limited to incoming and outgoing telephonic or My Mercy messages,
test results, medication refill requests, etc.
