    DDRC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with primarily children with developmental disabilities and their families in a new clinic setting expansion. This is an established behavior analytic department creating a clinic-based model to grow providing more intensive ABA services.     COMPENSATION

    • $71,000-$81,650 annual salary
    • 36 hour work week, Friday Off

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position

    The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversees implementation of plans; and provides trainings for families, other care providers, community partners, and practitioners in a clinic setting.

    Job Requirements

    • A Master's Degree or PhD in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field; preferably from an ABA accredited program
    • Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    • Minimum 3 years of experience
    • Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Applied experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
    • Experience working with both adults and children preferred
    • Comfortable working in a clinic setting with overseeing RBTs
    • Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
    • Knowledge of Medicaid billing practices for ABA services also preferred.
    • Comfortable working with assent-based practices
