- A Master's Degree or PhD in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field; preferably from an ABA accredited program
- Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook
- Applied experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Experience working with both adults and children preferred
- Comfortable working in a clinic setting with overseeing RBTs
- Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Knowledge of Medicaid billing practices for ABA services also preferred.
- Comfortable working with assent-based practices
