    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Oak Capital Management, LLC. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for directing incoming phone calls, performing receptionist duties, managing clerical tasks, communicating effectively with clients and team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Customer service-oriented mindset
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
    • High school diploma or equivalent
