    Role: Sr. Account Director

    Reports to: Reports to Matt Antal, VP, Team Lead

    Neptune Retail Solutions provides proven and innovative data led omni-channel solutions for brands and retailers to guide consumers from shopping to buying. We are the share leader in North America in selling, producing and executing end to end in-store advertising, found in retailers like Kroger, Albertsons, Dollar General, Loblaws, Metro, CVS and Walgreens. Checkout 51, our owned & operated cash back shopping app, along with the deterministic first party data it generates, compliments and powers our programmatic digital media offering and, along with our FSI, we completely surround and guide shoppers towards purchase in-store or online.

    Job Description

    The Sr. Account Director will be tasked with expanding relationships and revenue of an assigned client base, as well as bringing in new clients as able. The individual will be selling Neptune's comprehensive portfolio, including In Store Advertising, Digital Incentives, and At Home solutions to deliver growth.

    Responsibilities Include:

    1. Strategically build growth across assigned clients/accounts in a way that is aligned with company goals and profitability requirements.
    2. Manages relationships and negotiations at all levels of assigned clients/accounts.
    3. Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objective and how Neptune capabilities can help potential customers to achieve their goals, and to build out robust opportunity pipeline.
    4. Drive adoption of Neptune solutions by creating client-centric campaigns utilizing the Neptune capabilities and resources to address client needs.
    5. Ability to build recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is essential.
    6. Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting to management.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated ability with tangible results and references to grow revenue through their own actions over at least three consecutive years.
    • Has consistently achieved or exceeded profitable sales goals selling business to business
    • Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth potential
    • Self-starter with high-level of personal accountability who takes initiative and acts quickly within fast-paced environment
    • Success in building strong relationships with senior level decision makers
    • Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients
    • Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders
    • Deep understanding of CPG and retail industry

    Location: US, Remote – Travel up to 25% of time, mostly in Midwest/Cincinnati
