- Mechanical engineering statement of work development.
- Design and execute projects using various delivery methods.
- Estimate design and construction efforts.
- Coordinate with contractors on project details.
- Ensure quality and technical accuracy of designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams and attend project meetings.
- Provide Quality Assurance and report on construction progress.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and assess contractor performance.
- More duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical and plumbing design.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Must have a Secret Clearance.
- Familiarity with QC inspection tools and techniques.
- Proficient in developing Statements of Work and specifications.
- Extensive experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Knowledge of construction technology and industry standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interpret plans.
