- Provide compliance management support
- Conduct project planning and management
- Create or update business processes
- Maintain and analyze program data via database
- Review documents, identify and evaluate issues related to Civil Rights / Civil Liberties
- Prepare oral or written work products
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven track record in compliance management, business process engineering and data management/analysis
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience performing program support for a government organization (years of education count toward 10 years IF education is related)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to work onsite in Washington, DC
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
- Must possess strong interpersonal communications and teamwork skills
- Must be an exceptional writer
- Enjoys a team-oriented environment, but able to function independently
- Takes ownership of projects and can prioritize assignments without supervision
- U.S. citizenship
- General knowledge of or experience with civil rights and civil liberties - 1 year
- Current DHS suitability
