    • ACLS and BLS needed
    • 6 patients per day, mix of outpatient (75%) & inpatient (25%)
    • Interventional cardiology, echo, nuclear, TEE, diagnostic caths, permanent pacemaker placement
    • Credentialing needed
    • DEA needed
    • Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
    • Assignment details and time entry in online portal
