- Operates as the subject matter expert for Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud

- Design and optimize lead-to-cash processes using Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, including pricing rules, product catalog, and approval workflows
- Independently manage Salesforce projects - from configuration to testing and deployment - ensuring business alignment and data integrity
- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality (flows, validation rules, custom objects, dashboards, security, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align integrations and reporting between Salesforce, finance systems, and marketing tools
- Ensure compliance and accuracy for contracts, billing, and revenue processes
- Proactively monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements
- Support change management and release readiness by documenting features and training key users
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Level II admins and platform stakeholders
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with advanced expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ/Revenue Cloud
- Proven ability to manage complex Salesforce initiatives independently and in partnership with business leaders
- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash workflows, including quoting, contracting, and billing automation
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration: Flow, validation rules, user security, and automation best practices
- Proficiency in data management and governance (Data Loader, SOQL, schema design, integrations)
- Familiarity with pricing and subscription models (subscription, usage-based, volume-based)
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud Consultant

The Opportunity
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be a technical and functional expert driving optimization across DAT's Salesforce ecosystem - including Sales Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and connected business systems. This role requires both hands-on expertise and strategic leadership, operating with significant independence to design, implement, and govern Salesforce solutions that enable the full lead-to-cash lifecycle.
You'll partner with stakeholders across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enable automation that scales with DAT's growth.
