- Cleaning china, silverware and cookware.
- Prep and portioning.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including handling food ingredients, utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Communicate well with the F&B team, both back-of-house and front-of-house.
- Taking garbage to the dumpster area at the end of shifts.
- Must be able to stand 4-8 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
