    Provide oversight and direction to clinical teamMake rounds with physicians, as necessaryDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being renderedMonitor residents' conditions and report accordingly Other special projects and duties, as assignedTo join this team please have the following requirements: Primary series of the COVID Vaccine Required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Rhode IslandNursing degree from an accredited college or university preferredFive (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Three (3) years or more years of experience as a unit manager/supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center on a subacute unitMust have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, etc.

    Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferredMust demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents servedMust be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team conceptStrong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general publicMust be available for rotating on-call schedule with other nursing leadership teamMust be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to skilled nursing care facilitiesProudly Supported by Marquis Health Consulting ServicesINDHP#LI-GR1
