    Padagis LLC, a leader in the generic topicals pharmaceutical market, is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to be based out of our Minneapolis location in New Hope, MN. This individual is responsible for daily maintenance, upgrades, and reporting features of our learning management system (LMS) and supporting learning and development initiatives.

    Note: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of three days per week working on-site in the New Hope facility.

    Job duties

    Learning Management System Administration - 45%:

    • Upload new training content/packages into the LMS as they become available
    • Organize course content, including multimedia materials, assessments, and certifications
    • Execute Learning Plan assignments for new and ongoing courses and curricula as needed for existing employees and new hires
    • Monitor open and completed training items and assigning credit for completion
    • Report on overdue/completed training
    • Run standard and ad hoc LMS reports
    • Address and troubleshoot program errors, connecting with LMS support and creating cases when needed
    • Accurately update courses and determine appropriates assignments
    • Provide training to end-users on the LMS
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to LMS
    • Propose enhancements to optimize the LMS experience for users
    • Participate in cross-functional projects related to learning and development
    Learning and Development - 55%:
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create content
    • Develop/edit/update content for established and new training materials
    • Present and/or participate in the delivery of training content
    • Provide ongoing input and assessment of the relevance/effectiveness of training materials and content
    Minimum qualifications
    • High School Diploma or vocational qualification
    • Four or more (4+) years of related experience, or combination of education and experience
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver/present training content
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Preferred qualifications
    • Experience in learning and development software application(s)
    • Experience using PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline 360
    • Experience with UKG Learning Management System (LMS)
