REPORTS TO: General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: This role is responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager, ensuring compliance with all company guidelines and regulations.

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state, and federal regulations covering health, hours, wages, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other necessary regulations for lawful business operations.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain profitability by managing shifts according to set guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
• Provide leadership to the team in delivering superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness while upholding the Firehouse Subs culture and mission.
• Assist the GM in executing current operations strategies and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
• Participate in employee recruitment, training, and disciplinary actions under the GM's supervision.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all required programs, reports, and legal documents.
• Actively engage in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
• Effectively communicate any business-affecting issues to the GM/Owner.
• Compensation is based on previous management experience and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the GM/Owner.
