- Process PO invoices into SAP system and resolve any issues with internal and external customers.
- Code, process, and route non PO invoices for approval through SAP system.
- Upload invoice spreadsheets into SAP system.
- Address questions from internal and external customers to resolve issues related to invoices and statements.
- Perform warehouse, vendor, or account analyses as required.
- Ensure that company personnel adhere to corporate accounts payable policies.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3 years Accounts Payable experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Have a basic knowledge of Accounting, specifically how debits/credits work in the Accounts Payable process
- Experience in a high volume AP environment
- Working knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable software and purchase orders required, or similar ERP systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Accurate typing and 10 key skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Acts with a flexible, team and goal-oriented approach; Demonstrates uncompromising level of integrity and code of ethics; and must be highly organized and demonstrate a high sense of urgency Americold is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
