Spherion is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer in Fort Wayne, INThis position will work collaboratively with multiple teams to develop and implement successful quality systems in the Quality and Supply Chain departments.
Responsibilities:
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) collaborates with the Supply Chain to drive strategic projects aligned with quality and supply chain objectives.
You will cultivate relationships with suppliers to foster business growth by implementing quality systems and monitoring the performance of existing ones.
You will provide leadership in supplier development and engage with suppliers using strong communication skills and adaptability.You will establish supplier performance metrics, manage the development process, set annual targets, and devise plans to achieve them.
The SQE plays a vital role in ensuring the company meets quality and delivery targets by leveraging technical knowledge, business acumen, and influencing skills.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)Skills:
