Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course.

Or equivalent educ/experience

• CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.
• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year General hospital experience.
• 1 year Experience as a CNA 2.
