    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using manual and machine cleaning methods.
    • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, and disposing of waste properly.
    • Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and washing ingredients.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and kitchen tools.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate tasks and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

    Requirements:

    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and perform repetitive tasks.
    • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain an efficient workflow.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Meticulousness in following instructions and maintaining cleanliness standards.
    • Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation principles.
