    Orama are excited to partner with a Series C vendor, raising over $250m in funding from a number of the most reputable VCs in the security space.

    The Tech: An Enterprise Browser that aims to secure BYOD (bring your own device), work-from-anywhere patterns, and contractor access without diminishing productivity or user experience. This gives total control to enterprise security teams to manage and control actions such as copy, paste, download, upload, screenshotting as well as more advanced security demands.

    Role: Senior Sales Engineer

    Location: Dallas, Texas (On-site)

    • Provide exceptional technical support to customers, addressing their queries and issues via various communication channels.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products and their integration with clients' systems to offer effective solutions and guidance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to escalate and resolve critical customer issues promptly.
    • Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and best practices.
    • Actively contribute to product improvement by providing valuable feedback and insights gained from customer interactions.

    Experience needed to apply

    • 5+ years of experience in support roles, working directly with customers.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of network and security devices.
    • Exposure to OS systems, including, Windows, Mac and Linux.
    • Strong debugging skills for Windows applications and a solid understanding of the HTTP protocol.
    • 5+ years of experience with IT tasks like installing virtual machines and configuring IT environments.
    • 5+ years of experience with support methodologies and tools.
    • 3+ years of experience working with Log systems.
