- Assists in coordinating third-party maintenance and network designs.
- Collaborates with program engineers to solve networking issues.
- Enhances technical team performance through mentoring and training.
- Available for work outside normal hours and domestic travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering/Technology with 2 years' experience or Associates with 4 years' experience. Relevant IT/Network Engineering experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and active US government security clearance.
- Experience with authentication servers, intrusion detection systems, and network architecture.
- Proficiency in network management software and security protocols.
- Skills in project management, team leadership, and Cisco platforms.
- Customer service, Security+, and CCNP certifications.
