Department: Imaging Services
Position Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with an active state of Alaska RN license and experience in trauma, ER, or critical care (at least 1 year) to join our Imaging Center as part of the emergency response team. As a Registered Nurse in Imaging Services, you will provide professional nursing care to our patients following established standards and practices.


Essential Functions:

• Provide general nursing care to patients in Imaging Center
• Screen patients for appropriate pre-test information
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Ensure priority is given to patients in emergency situations
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

Education Minimum: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.


Experience Minimum:

• 1 year experience in critical care nursing/emergency nursing OR
• 1 year experience in cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and/or electrophysiology.

Certificate/License:

• Possession of a current Alaska State Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Current ACLS certification
