A $500M/yr heavy civil general engineering contractor is looking to bring a senior equipment manager on board as they expand their market reach and project backlog.

· $160,000 - $190,000 Base Salary D.O.E.

Background Profile

· 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction equipment, past experience as a master mechanic.

· 5+ years of experience in an equipment management role.

· Demonstrated experience managing large fleets of vehicles, machines and equipment.

· Background in machine diagnostics and repair, service agreements and contracts management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

· Lead and administer the maintenance, repair, and management of all equipment for assigned facilities in accordance with company equipment standards to ensure company standards and goals are met.

· Implement department objectives and strategies to maintain an effective equipment program within the boundaries of Equipment Department policy.

· Act as a technical advisor to field equipment personnel to ensure projects are completed on time.

· Assist management team with final equipment budgets and potential equipment purchases in order to meet Regional budgetary goals.

· Other duties as assigned.
