    Claims Service Associate

    What You Will Do:

    • Deliver legendary service by managing auto insurance physical damage claims with efficiency and expertise.
    • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve basic claims in compliance with regulatory requirements and company best practices.
    • Collaborate closely with management, operating within given authority levels to make informed claims decisions.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities using our specialized systems and procedures.
    • Provide accurate interpretations of policy coverage, ensuring members are thoroughly informed and supported throughout the claims process.
    • Negotiate settlements with fairness and proficiency, upholding our high company standards for member satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

    What You Will Bring:

    • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
    • No prior claims handling experience is required, making this an ideal position for motivated individuals seeking to enter the insurance field.
    • Moderate computer literacy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, to facilitate efficient work management.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on detail, enabling you to juggle various tasks seamlessly.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with members and providing clear, concise information.
