Job Details for Mechanical Assembler:

• Schedule: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm
• Pay Rate: $18-19/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for Mechanical Assembler:

• Prepare chassis frame for mounting and attaching sweeper body.
• Run, connect, and test all fluid and hydraulic lines.
• Build and install electrical lumens, harnesses, and lighting.
• Install couplings, fittings, and brackets to marry sweeper body and chassis.
• Test sweeper to ensure finished product meets Bucher specifications.
• Maintain shop floor, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
• Fabricating parts to meet custom builds.

Job Requirements for Mechanical Assembler:

• Electrical wiring and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Truck chassis modification and assembly.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative to meet goals and objectives.
• Software design knowledge would be advantageous.
• Ability to take direction and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of shop tools.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Welding and Fabrication experience.
• Able to obtain passport.
