    We are seeking a Lead Teacher to join our organization This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.


    •Educators have a pivotal role and they are the primary person that the child engages with during the day. Educators are the most influential in the engagement and care of the child. The following are some of the expectations of our Lead daycare teachers:

    Responsibilities:

    • Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
    • Create a fun and safe learning environment
    • Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
    • Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
    • Maintain the health and safety of all students

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
    • Passionate about working with children
    • Ability to build rapport with children
    • Positive and patient demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Registry Levels Required

Our teachers are expected to stay current with the educational changes regulated by the state. As well as new discoveries developed by experts about children.
    Parents will know upon entering FSCA that we are Christian based, warm, thoughtful, and compassionate care givers who love children. We enjoy helping them grow and develop to their full potential.
