    Description

    Role: – Senior Project Manager

    Location – Louisville, Kentucky

    Contract

    Job Description:

    Essential Functions


    • Lead transformation program to implement new technology that replaces legacy processes, applications,

    and data solutions. The transformation will heavily leverage a SaaS solution, with some custom-built

    integrations.


    • Maintain project plans.


    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to derive requirements and re-map/redevelop processes that leverage

    native SaaS tool functionality, challenging assumptions concerning current processes.


    • Coordinate with SaaS solution provider implementation project manager to resolve issues and ensure a

    successful implementation.


    • Provide support to business workstreams to translate business needs to detailed end state application and

    technology solutions.


    • Identify interdependencies within the SaaS solution workstream and provide guidance to resolve issues or

    escalate to PMO lead, where appropriate.


    • Manage communication and updates to PMO lead, and RSCS leadership team.


    • Manage agenda and support creation of key content for PMO sessions.


    • Support change management efforts across all workstreams.


    • Be a "change agent" within the organization, supporting new and innovative ways of working.

    Education, Experience and Skills


    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology required.


    • Prefer master's degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration.


    • Require PMP certification.


    • Minimum of 5 + years of IT/IS-related project management.


    • Require previous lead role in a cross-functional, multi-year transformation program from legacy solutions to a

    SaaS-based solution.


    • Strong analytical skills.


    • Prefer experience with ArrowStream Central SaaS


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).


    • Experience using ERP, Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Tools


    • Experience with project management tools, such as


    • Prefer 2+ years of development experience (ex: light programming, scripting, querying)


    • Agile methodology


    • Experience with Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Tools


    • Experience with third party integration.
