    ICU RN Qualifications

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)

    Minimum 1 year of recent
    ICU nursing experience required

    Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system

    Willingness to float to telemetry and/or med/surg units as needed (1:5 patient ratio)

    Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend and every other holiday

    ICU Nurse Responsibilities

    Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the
    ICU
    Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

    Float to telemetry and medical-surgical units as needed to support patient care

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR

    Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
