    Job Description:

    As an HVAC Warehouse Driver at TriState HVAC Equipment, LLC, you will be a critical part of our operations team, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of HVAC equipment and parts to our customers and job sites. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and supporting our commitment to providing top-notch service. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining and tracking inventory of tools and equipment for the Service Technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Safe Driving: Safely operate company vehicles, including vans or trucks, to transport HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to designated locations.
    2. Delivery: Accurately load, transport, and unload HVAC products while adhering to delivery schedules and routes.
    3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining the organization of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and recording incoming HVAC parts and equipment.
    4. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on items before delivery to ensure they meet the required standards.
    5. Documentation: Complete delivery and pickup documentation accurately, including receipts, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
    6. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and general upkeep.
    7. Tool Management and Inventory: track and maintain inventory of tools for the Service Technicians to minimize downtime and losses. Repair and/or replace defective tools to properly maintain adequate supply of equipment.
    8. Customer Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including the proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable.
    10. Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations and assist in warehouse tasks when necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid Commercial Driver's License Class B with a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience.
    • Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
    • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and parts is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
    • Ability to perform small repairs to tools and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
    • Safety-conscious and responsible.
    • Reliable and punctual.
