- Manage an AR portfolio and continuously work to improve and/or sustain the health of the portfolio.
- Identify customer disputes and effectively route them to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Solve customer invoice issues to expedite and obtain payment.
- Perform complex account reconciliations (including credit application, resolving cash application issues, etc.) of outstanding balances on customer accounts.
- Prioritize collection efforts while managing emails inbox and phone calls.
- Navigate, input data, and perform basic functions including "vlookup" in Microsoft Excel.
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years credit/collections experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word & Outlook)
- Intermediate Experience in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP.
- NetSuite system experience preferred.
- High volume A/R experience required.
- B2B A/R experience required.
- Team-oriented individual who can work effectively with others.
- Strong internal and external communication skills (both verbal and written).
