- Manage services, repairs, and overhauls of F-35 aircraft and engines to maintain flight readiness.
- Ensure strict housekeeping and safety procedures for aircraft maintenance.
- Direct inspections, repairs, and parts replacement as necessary.
- Create work orders using the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
- Assist in verifying aircraft safety before flight.
- Must be physically capable and flexible to support various shifts and duties.
- Fighter Aircraft Maintenance experience (F-35, F-22, F-15, F-16, F-18, etc.)
- Leadership experience
- Experience in aircraft modification and testing
- Knowledge of Aircraft Ground Operations Procedures and Aviation Safety
- Preferable experience with F-35 aircraft maintenance
- Quality Assurance background
- Flight Testing exposure
- Experience in managing Union environments
- Proficiency in Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
- Aircraft maintenance on flight lines and intermediate levels

We are looking for an F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at NAS Patuxent River's F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF). This position involves providing leadership to the Flight Test Maintenance department, overseeing maintenance activities and personnel management.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with various departments and agencies at NAS Patuxent River base for test planning and execution.
