    Description:

    • Perform blood typing, cross-matching, and antibody screening.
    • Prepare blood components for transfusion.
    • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
    • Hospital laboratory experience within blood bank
