- Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges in students.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to address academic and personal issues.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Offer crisis intervention and support when necessary.
- Stay current on research and best practices in the field of school psychology.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience working in educational settings.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
